FIND THE INFO YOU NEED
WHAT ARE THE AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR TATTOOS?
According to the state of Wisconsin, anyone being tattooed must be 18 or older. No one may be tattooed under the age of 18, even with a parent's consent.

For any procedure, we will require proof of age before the service is provided, and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide evidence of their age.
I NEED A TOUCH-UP!
Tattoos frequently require touch-ups, especially in placements that are considered "high traffic areas," such as the hands, fingers, and feet. We are happy to provide one free touch-up to any tattoo within one year of service.
WHY IS MY TATTOO HOT AND RED?
Redness, swelling, and heat emitting from the tattoo are all normal parts of the healing process. If you suspect infection, contact your tattoo artist, but also take a trip to your proivder to get checked out.

WHAT ARE THE AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR PIERCINGS?
The state of Wisconsin requires anyone being body pierced to be 16 or older, and requires the presence and signature of a parent or guardian. Body piercing includes any part of the body except for ears. There are no age requirements for ear piercings in the state of Wisconsin; however, at Berserker Body Art, piercings will only be provided for ages 5 and up. We do not perform tongue or genital piercings for anyone under the age of 18.

For any procedure, we will require proof of age before the service is provided, and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide evidence of their age.
WHAT'S THIS WEIRD BUMP?
Irritation bumps are a normal, albeit annoying, part of the healing process, and can even occur long after the piercing has healed. They are typically caused by irritation to the piercing, such as snagging the jewelry, changing jewelry, or foreign substances entering the piercing tunnel. Continue to clean your piercing as normal, pat it dry, and leave it alone. The bump will typically resolve within a few weeks with proper care.
ARE YOU SURE IT'S NOT A KELOID?
Keloids are actually much more rare than people assume. Keloids are typically genetic and do not resolve, meaning they don't go away on their own without medical intervention. Irritation bumps are often mistaken for keloids; however, irritation bumps are resolvable with proper aftercare.

DO YOU OFFER TATTOO/PIERCING APPRENTICESHIPS?
While we are more than happy to provide tips and pointers to help budding body modifiers learn, we currently do not offer full apprenticeships.
CAN I WORK AT YOUR SHOP?
We don't have any current positions open; however, we are always open to speaking with you and viewing your portfolio!
CAN I BRING A FRIEND/BLANKET/SNACKS?
Of course! We've worked hard at making our shop nice and cozy for you and anyone you bring along. If you get cold easily or woozy during appointments, blankets and snacks are a great idea. If you forget about them, though, don't worry! We've got blankets and snacks for you to enjoy at the shop.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
While we do offer ear piercings for children and have the space, we are not a PG-13 shop. We will do everything we can to make sure your kiddo is only exposed to clean, friendly music and we'll tone down language during their appointments; however, we cater to an adult atmosphere. We do not have the ability to care for children while their parent is undergoing a tattoo or piercing procedure, and therefore recommend bringing your children only if you have no other option.
